SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a desire to help customers find the perfect product for their needs.

As the Sales Associate of our first US retail store, you will play a critical role in the growth of our business. You will be an ambassador of Etam's values, acting as the face of the brand both for our customers and team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide an exceptional customer experience, from the moment they enter the Etam store
• Be knowledgeable about the Etam brand, products, and latest launches
• Act as a stylist and advise which items pair well with each other or complete a customer's outfit. Assist customers in finding their perfect fit.
• Facilitate the checkout process through POS
• Clean and organize the store. Participate in various tasks related to the daily management of the store (stock room replenishment, visual merchandising, etc.)
• Work as a team to achieve store objectives and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Collect customer feedback and share it with your manager and HQ teams.

• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays based on store needs
• Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, lift boxes up to 25lbs, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
